The Green Pilates Ring is built around a fibreglass core wrapped in rubber for comfort against the body. The handles are set into high-density foam padding 40% thicker than industry standard, and pill-shaped rather than the thin oval found on most rings, spreading pressure across a wider contact area. A bespoke fingertip section, deeper and longer than standard, supports the hand and finger work other rings overlook.
Resistance is set at medium to upper-medium: enough to feel genuine muscle engagement through each movement, accessible enough to work across fitness levels.
